(1) Each account holder will be calculated on a separate sheet and kept at the post office.
(2) The amount to be deposited and withdrawn from the account as per sub-rule (1) as well as the interest shall be increased. The checking of the account will be done by the postmaster or the employee designated for that work and after checking, he should make his corrections in the account and give it as a verification.
(3) If an account holder requests a copy of his account and makes an application to the Postmaster General, the Postmaster must provide the copy to the account holder as per the request.

(5) Savings bank related data should be sent to Nepal Rastra Bank every three months by the central accounting office of the bank.
